Who we are
Carter Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Pennsylvania committed to creating a lasting impact on the nation, one person at a time. We as the Carters are the primary advocates of the value of our community-driven cultural heritage.
Our mission at the Carter Family Foundation is rooted in the belief that every individual has the potential to make a difference in the world. Through our dedication to our cultural heritage, we strive to preserve and promote the rich tapestry of traditions that make our nation unique.
By fostering a spirit of collaboration and inclusivity, we aim to empower our members to embrace their heritage and contribute to a more vibrant and interconnected society. Through our initiatives and programs, we seek to inspire a sense of pride and unity among communities, celebrating the diversity that enriches our collective identity.
We are a foundation committed to empowering individuals through education and providing them with opportunities for economic stability. We continue to uplift our members, who are talented individuals, by connecting them with mentors and teachers and providing them with scholarships, grants, and other resources to see their dreams through. By doing so, we strive to create a ripple effect that uplifts families, communities, and the nation.

For 5 years, we have been an esteemed resource on Carter culture and history.

Through our activities and educational programs, we promote Mary Carter’s history, culture, and heritage.

We push for the preservation of Mary’s cultural heritage by working with local businesses and city officials.
